Job Summary: Responsible for industrial maintenance materials control, managing item master data, procurement, inventories, and item configuration to meet departmental requirements. Procurement process monitoring Manage the industrial maintenance materials control process, including requesting item master data creation, purchase control, reserve asset inventories, and stock item configuration, aiming to fulfill industrial maintenance material requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process returns of non-stock materials to the warehouse; * Associate and configure spare components with stock items; * Define local and corporate spare parts stock levels based on spare parts guidelines; * Perform XYZ criticality classification of spare materials; * Monitor external service budget entry workflow with INPASA responsible personnel until purchase request approval; * Follow up on procurement processes for materials and external services; * Monitor reserve asset inventory preparation; * Track items sent for external maintenance; * Monitor material master data creation and cleansing; * Perform job duties in full compliance with all organizational occupational health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the role and department; promptly report to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one's own or colleagues' health and safety; * Carry out duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, consistently focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for workplace safety through organization, standardization, and cleanliness, supported by internal and external departmental audits; * Safeguard company property under one's responsibility and immediately inform the immediate supervisor of any issues or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in the field is desirable. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Wellhub; On-site meals.
