Job Summary: The professional will handle operational routines, demand triage, incident registration, operational adjustments, and monitoring of critical routines, supporting various departments. Monitoring of critical routines and identification of failures **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Prior experience with operational routines and interactions with multidisciplinary departments; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Analytical, focused, and results-oriented profile. **Responsibilities:** Respond promptly to requests from commercial departments, customers, and operations; Perform demand triage and classification for analysts; Register incidents, track tickets, and maintain updated status; Execute low-complexity operational adjustments (registrations, authorizations, simple updates); Monitor daily critical routines and identify failures; Support testing in staging and production environments; Document processes and maintain an updated knowledge base. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.300,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month
