**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM; Saturdays, 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Not specified **Employment type:** Permanent – CLT * Installation and configuration of telecommunications equipment, such as routers, switches, modems, antennas, and fiber-optic equipment; * Optical and metallic cable laying, splicing, and connectorization; * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom networks and equipment; * Diagnosing and resolving failures in communication and connectivity systems; * Conducting tests and measurements to verify signal quality and network performance; * Providing technical support to clients for connection-related issues; * Monitoring network operations to ensure service stability and quality; * Filling out technical reports and tracking service orders; * Adhering to safety regulations and technical procedures applicable to the field. **Requirements:** * High school education currently in progress or completed; * Valid driver’s license, Category B; * Availability to work rotating shifts, night shifts, weekends, and travel; * Sense of urgency and proactivity in resolving on-site issues; * Organizational skills and commitment to assigned tasks; * Ability to work effectively in teams and strong interpersonal communication skills; * Resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
