Description: * Completed Higher Education; Postgraduate degree completed or in progress is desirable * At least 3 years of experience in related roles is desirable * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Team Management; Leadership; Effective Communication; Administrative and Operational Controls * Must have easy access to the Várzea Grande region. Administer and control the vehicle fleet for road freight transportation; Supervise drivers’ and assistants’ activities; Schedule and monitor travel timetables and expenses; Plan operational support activities (e.g., loading, storage, etc.); Manage teams and oversee material resources within the area; Control operational processes and evaluate their outcomes; Optimize the Company’s equipment usage to reduce unproductive trips; Maintain constant communication among branches/head office/branches; Monitor and position the fleet to meet established objectives; Provide customer service to ensure safety and security during transportation; Plan operational storage activities; Ensure cargo loading complies with established standards regarding time, quantity, safety, and quality; Promote cargo loading to meet delivery commitments; Ensure third parties operating within the area comply with internal requirements as well as those of the Integrated Management System; Health and Safety: Understand, implement, and monitor subordinates according to identified significant occupational hazards and risks; be aware of information outlined in the Emergency Response Plan and participate in emergency drills conducted within the operational area; Environment: Understand, implement, and monitor subordinates according to identified significant environmental aspects and impacts within the area; act to mitigate and prevent accidents, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental legislation; Quality: Ensure that the team and its activities meet the objectives and targets of the Integrated Management System applicable to the area, and perform tasks in accordance with operational controls where applicable; Identify and apply corrective actions for non-conformities, and suggest improvements across all organizational activities; Alert supervisors/responsible personnel upon identifying non-conformities; Work in accordance with the Integrated Management System and Occupational Health and Safety standards 2512190202551330060
