




Job Summary: The professional will support driver selection processes, diagnose training needs, and deliver technical and behavioral training. Key Highlights: 1. Support the driver candidate selection process by administering practical driving tests, evaluating technical operational conditions, driving skills (defensive driving), and safety; 2\. Diagnose training needs through analysis of managerial performance data on drivers and practical assessments; 3\. Deliver vehicle-related technical training and professional conduct training for company drivers and parking attendants, diagnosing needs and proposing solutions; 4\. Conduct onboarding training for new drivers and parking attendants, guiding, training, and educating them on internal company policies and procedures; 5\. Guide drivers and parking attendants on the transporter’s procedures and safety policies, disseminating and implementing internal quality policies; REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Completed Elementary School **Knowledge:** General traffic circulation and conduct regulations; Traffic Legislation; Basic Mechanics, Eco-driving, and Passenger Collective Transport Course.
