Managing cleaning and pantry supplies, safeguarding company assets. 1\. **Perform internal and external cleaning and maintenance of the company premises as needed;** **Perform cleaning and organization of premises, cabinets, refrigerator, and stove;** **2\.****Prepare and serve breakfast and snacks to employees;** **3\.****Prepare the cafeteria for breakfast, lunch, and snacks, keeping it clean and organized;** **4\.****Create shopping lists for cleaning and pantry supplies;** **5\.****Maintain premises and equipment organized and clean in accordance with company standards;** **6\.****Demonstrate ethical conduct both inside and outside the workplace to protect one's own image and that of the company;** **7\.****Maintain communication with various departments across the company to support achievement of corporate strategies;** **8\.****Maintain positive relationships with colleagues to foster cooperation and camaraderie;** **9\.****Oversee maintenance (gardens, walkways, waste disposal, restrooms, watering plants), cleaning, organization, and proper functioning of company equipment and assets;** **10\.****Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.**
