**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–11:00 AM / 1:00 PM–5:30 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code * Plan and prioritize commercial activities; prospect, conduct negotiations, and close deals; manage customer portfolio with short-, medium-, and long-term perspectives; * Conduct technical visits to assess needs and identify improvement opportunities in compressed air systems and energy efficiency; * Independently prepare technical-commercial proposals, technically justifying the proposed solution and its differentiating features; * Present commercial terms and guide customers toward the optimal technical-economic alternative; * Develop new customers and new applications for the product portfolio (compressors, air treatment, accessories, and services/contracts), while maintaining and expanding the existing customer base; * Keep the CRM updated (customer records, opportunities, follow-ups, forecasts, and reports); * Maintain a high level of market awareness (competitors, trends, and regional developments) and collaborate closely with after-sales teams. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Control and Automation) — preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and collaborative mindset; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel regularly throughout the state of Mato Grosso; * Desired: Experience in B2B technical sales and familiarity with compressed air/industrial solutions.
