Affirmative action position for people with disabilities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Prepare new and used vehicles for customer delivery * Perform technical washing, interior and exterior sanitization, and general finishing * Apply automotive aesthetic products (polishing, crystallization, revitalization, where applicable) * Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet perfect aesthetic and cleanliness standards * Identify and report damages or necessary adjustments prior to delivery * Assist in yard organization and vehicle movement * Verify delivery items (owner's manual, spare key, accessories, etc.) * Uphold dealership and manufacturer quality standards * Maintain a clean and organized workplace * Care for and preserve equipment and products used * Support sales and after-sales department demands related to vehicle preparation * **Requirements:** * Mandatory Requirements: * Completed elementary or high school education * Experience in vehicle preparation (technical washing, sanitization, and finishing) * Basic knowledge of automotive aesthetics * Valid Category B driver's license * Attention to detail and meticulousness in service execution. * Desired Requirements: * Experience at a dealership * Knowledge of paint polishing, crystallization, and revitalization * Familiarity with minor aesthetic repairs * Efficiency in technical vehicle delivery processes. * Behavioral Competencies: * Organization and diligence * Proactivity * Commitment to quality and deadlines * Teamwork * Sense of responsibility. **Applicant Notice:** Starting salary, with potential for higher placement based on candidate profile. **This position is also an affirmative action opportunity for people with disabilities.** **Benefits:** Ifood Card (Meal/Voucher Allowance): R$ 482.00 per month, Educational Incentive, Others, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Pharmacy Balance (Ifood Card): R$ 300.00 monthly balance, Life Insurance, Wellhub (corporate wellness platform)
