In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and objectively evaluating the quality and efficiency of products and services, utilizing specific technical knowledge of the field. Additionally, you will identify improvement opportunities and propose appropriate solutions aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. Technically evaluate products and services offered by the company, ensuring their quality and compliance with established standards. 2\. Conduct performance tests and analyses to identify potential improvements or issues in systems and software. 3\. Prepare technical reports presenting evaluation results, along with recommendations and solutions for identified issues. 4\. Participate in meetings with development teams, suppliers, and clients to discuss and clarify technical aspects related to products and services. 5\. Monitor and stay updated on market trends and technological advancements to incorporate this expertise into product evaluations. 6\. Conduct security testing to identify potential system vulnerabilities and propose protective measures. 7\. Attend training sessions and professional development programs to enhance technical knowledge and remain current with the company’s technologies. 8\. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex problems and assist in defining efficient solutions. 9\. Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes by suggesting and implementing enhancements to technical evaluation methodologies. 10\.
