Job Summary: Assist operators in industrial processes and work in operational areas of a metallurgical plant, monitoring equipment and performing sample collection according to operational procedures and safety standards. Assist operators in industrial processes and work in the operational areas of the metallurgical plant; monitor equipment operation, valve and pump alignment; perform sample collection and calculate parameters according to operational procedures; comply with PA Gold’s policies and procedures regarding safety, environment, and occupational health. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in operating equipment and machinery associated with Beneficiation Plant activities (Filtration, Grinding, Flotation, Gravity Separation, etc.). * Clean and organize the workplace. * Clean chutes and discharge boxes. * Inspect control equipment. * Assist in processes and adjust process variables as needed in case of non-conformities. * Request corrective maintenance for process equipment. * Wash filters when blocked with carbonate. * Feed filters with pulp. * Perform minor adjustments to filters. * Work toward continuous process improvement. * Eliminate operational anomalies such as overloading, blockages, and foreign objects. * Identify abnormal noises and vibrations. * Assist in thickener feed and discharge. * Perform sampling. * Perform cleaning in specific locations, according to the work area. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in operational areas. * Contribute ideas and suggestions aimed at improving processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Proactivity and strong communication skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments. * Must reside in Peixoto de Azevedo, Matupá, or Guarantã do Norte, MT. **Additional Information** * Chartered transportation. * Meals provided at the company. * Medical assistance. * Dental assistance. * Life insurance. * Funeral assistance. * Food allowance. * Christmas bonus basket. * Daycare allowance. * PPR (Profit-Sharing Plan).
