Industrial Process Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Assist in industrial operations and work across various areas of the metallurgical plant, monitoring equipment and performing sampling to ensure compliance with procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in operational processes and beneficiation machinery 2. Maintenance of workplace cleanliness and organization 3. Focus on continuous process improvement Assist operators in industrial processes and work in operational areas of the metallurgical plant; monitor equipment operation, valve and pump alignment; perform sampling and calculate parameters according to operating procedures; comply with PA Gold standards and procedures in accordance with safety, environmental, and occupational health policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in equipment and machinery operation processes related to Plant Beneficiation activities (Filtration, Grinding, Flotation, Gravimetry, etc.) * Clean and organize the workplace. * Clean chutes and discharge boxes. * Inspect control equipment. * Assist in processes and adjust process variables as needed in case of non-conformities. * Request corrective maintenance for process equipment. * Clean filters blocked with carbonate. * Feed filters with slurry. * Perform minor adjustments to filters. * Work toward continuous process improvement. * Eliminate operational anomalies such as overloading, clogging, and foreign objects. * Identify abnormal noises and vibrations. * Assist in thickener feed and discharge. * Perform sampling. * Perform cleaning in specific locations, according to the work area. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas. * Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Proactivity and strong communication skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments. * Must reside in Peixoto de Azevedo, Matupá, or Guarantã do Norte, MT. **Additional Information** * Chartered transportation * Meals provided at the company * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Food allowance * Christmas basket * Childcare allowance * PPR (Profit Sharing Plan) At P.A.
