**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 2-hour lunch break **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Monitor sales orders from release through delivery to the customer; * Support the commercial team with logistics information (freight, delivery timelines, inventory availability); * Analyze freight costs and propose optimal routes and carriers; * Resolve logistics incidents (delays, damages, returns) jointly with clients and carriers; * Maintain relationships with strategic customers to align delivery schedules; * Serve as the direct liaison between commercial, billing, inventory, and finance departments; * Support commercial negotiations with logistics-related information; * Propose improvements to customer service and distribution processes. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Experience in logistics and commercial customer service; * Knowledge of freight, transportation, and order management; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Strong communication, organizational skills, and sense of priority; * Willingness to travel frequently.
