To learn more, simply “click” below to view our open positions and access the full material. **Join the Real Group team.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Analyst to develop and implement marketing campaigns that increase e-commerce traffic and conversions. * Work alongside the Internal Sales Executive to align lead generation and sales targets, ensuring generated opportunities are properly nurtured and converted. * Coordinate the activities of the Internal Sales Executive (Internal Commercial Consultant) and the Digital Marketing Analyst, ensuring their work aligns with the company’s strategic goals. * Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the performance of both teams and ensure operational efficiency. * Create and monitor action plans for e-commerce sales growth, focusing on initiatives that generate higher revenue and strengthen brand presence in the digital marketplace. * Track market trends and propose innovations to maintain e-commerce competitiveness. * Ensure seamless integration between e-commerce and internal sales systems, guaranteeing efficient lead management, customer service, and sales follow-up. * Facilitate communication between sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate information flow and strategic alignment. * Provide detailed performance reports to the Strategic Administrative Manager, highlighting e-commerce results and progress toward internal sales targets. * Analyze sales and digital marketing metrics to identify improvement opportunities and adjust strategies as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferred degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Experience in developing and implementing campaigns; * Experience in team management/leadership; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Assertive communication and results orientation; * Time management and organizational skills. **Additional Information** * Caju Multi-Benefits Card; * On-site meals (breakfast and lunch); * GymPass; * Telemedicine; * Telepsychology; * Bimonthly bonus; * Pharmacy discount program; * Health insurance – Unimed.
