Come with us and BE PART OF THIS STORY! **Responsibilities and duties** **About the opportunity:** As an **Operations Analyst** at Soul Malls, you will: * Monitor shopping quality, technical areas, infrastructure, and equipment through the quality team, identifying demands and categorizing them into corrective and/or preventive actions. * Execute and control expenses approved by Management (purchases, facility contracts, materials, etc.), analyzing maintenance package budgets, energy, water, and air conditioning costs, and performing forecasting to keep the budget within planned levels. * Collect data on common and specific charges, analyze it, and propose solutions in case of deviations. * Allocate consumption costs to present data to the Condominium Committee. * Participate in the Condominium Committee to define condominium fees such as energy, water, and common and specific charges. * Participate in annual strategic planning, gathering information to prepare the shopping condominium's budget, including maintenance, energy, water, and air conditioning. * Identify improvement opportunities aimed at operational and energy efficiency, consequently reducing expenses without compromising quality. * Define and control maintenance team activities, including outsourced teams, by creating schedules to ensure operational efficiency. * Perform other activities compatible with the nature of the role. **Requirements and qualifications** **Required Technical Requirement(s):** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Office suite. **Desired Technical Requirement(s):** * Experience in shopping mall operations. **Behavioral Requirement(s):** * Customer focus. * Process focus. * Problem solving. * Initiative. * Sense of urgency. **Additional information** **Employment type:** CLT; **Work mode:** On-site; **Working hours and shift:** Monday to Friday\-day, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. **Our benefits:** In addition to working at a constantly growing company focused on developing talent, here you will also have: Meal and/or food allowance; Transportation allowance; Health and dental insurance; A day\-off on your birthday to enjoy; Life insurance. **Want to know more?
