Perform soil, base, and asphalt layer compaction. Monitor operational parameters such as speed and number of passes. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the equipment. Previous experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, Construction Machinery Operator, Compactor Operator, or Earthwork Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
