Work in building construction environments using ERP and Excel. **Job Description** **Responsibilities and Desired Experience** · Responsible for budgets and quantity take-offs within the company's quality management system, verifying delivery deadlines and checking invoices and purchase orders; · Data entry into the SIENGE ERP procurement module, fully compliant with the company's quality standards—covering receipts, shipments, inventory, quality, etc.; · Verification of services and completion of Site Inspection Records, fully aligned with required quality standards; · Direct assistance in coordinating site personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and safeguard company assets, including overall management of hiring and termination of staff; · On-site quality control—including concrete test specimens, equipment maintenance, and project documentation; · Sending emails and monthly reports to company administration, consistently providing updates on any relevant details. · Biweekly closing with submission of reports on employees and third-party companies. **Mandatory Requirements:** \- Highly organized and integrity-driven \- Intermediate proficiency in EXCEL \- Ethics, ownership mindset, teamwork, and commitment \- Affinity for technology, including software installation, ERP systems, and Windows. \- Desire to work onsite in building construction activities Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 \- 12 months Compensation: R$800.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or R$200.00 fuel subsidy Working Hours: * Monday through Friday Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: R$800.00 \- R$850.00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
