Support the definition of work methods and processes, and ensure documentation and process standardization across the Enzo Group structure, aiming to identify bottlenecks, propose, and implement improvements focused on operational efficiency, agility, and process security. * Analyze and review Process Management models; * Map processes; * Contribute to developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency; * Document processes by linking required procedures; * Communicate and disseminate information regarding changes applied to specific processes; * Provide support to the controller’s office, internal and external audit teams, and regulatory bodies. * Test and monitor the implementation of actions outlined in planning;
