Support in conducting optical tests and measurements ITINERANT CONSTRUCTION PROJECT WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL **Brief Job Description** Assist in installation, maintenance, and testing activities for micro optical fiber systems, supporting technicians and engineers in fulfilling operational demands while ensuring organizational efficiency and operational effectiveness in the field. Assist in installing optical fiber cables in aerial, underground, and indoor networks. Prepare materials and tools for field activities. Assist in assembling infrastructure such as cable trays, conduits, and optical fiber cable supports. Perform minor installations and adjustments under technical supervision. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of optical components and systems. Ensure cleanliness and organization of work sites, as well as proper disposal of waste. Provide support in conducting tests and measurements by preparing cables, connectors, and equipment for responsible technicians. Assist in identifying simple faults and preparing materials for correction. Manage and organize tools and materials required for project execution. Ensure replenishment of consumables used in the field. Support loading, transportation, and unloading of materials and equipment at construction sites. Assist in positioning and installing machinery and tools at the worksite. Comply with occupational safety regulations and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Contribute to implementing best practices for safety and organization in the field. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed High School education. Basic courses in electricity, telecommunications, or optical fiber (preferred).
