We currently have an opening for a **Senior Analyst** in the **Administrative** area. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide direct support to the company’s executive board (foreign and Brazilian executives), acting as a facilitator to ensure activities are carried out efficiently, confidentially, and in an organized manner; * Manage executives’ and visitors’ schedules, appointments, meetings, and logistics, as well as guarantee the necessary facilities; * Be responsible for managing travel arrangements, accommodations, supplier contracts, etc., for the executive board, as well as for the company’s travel management system; * Monitor contracts, expenses, and expense reports of executives—especially expatriates—and report to relevant departments; * Participate in organizing internal/external events and meetings, preparing presentations, minutes, and documents, as requested by the executive board; * Carry out specific and occasional tasks, as requested by the executive board. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree required — proof required; * Advanced English proficiency (speaking, writing, and reading) required — CEFR level C1 or equivalent — proof required; * Advanced Japanese proficiency (speaking) required — CEFR level B2 or equivalent.
