Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Physical coffee stock control via the Agrotopus system * Management of traceability and movement of certified coffees * Control and maintenance of certifications (UTZ, RFA, 4C, STB, Conab) * Support in scheduling services and integration with quality * Monitoring of warehouse resources (energy, gas, productivity, movements) * Analysis of performance indicators (BSC, OEE, productivity) and monthly data consolidation * Development of process improvements and innovation * Support for quality and Food Safety Process certifications * Monitoring of productivity, costs, and operational incidents * Preparation of daily movement reports * Support for the unit’s management system * Compliance with quality, food safety, and good practices policies * Participation in emergency response plans and training programs * Leadership and management in food safety, fraud prevention, and food defense * Monitoring of corrective actions and audits * Coordination of traceability exercises **Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering or related fields **Courses and training:** * Intermediate Excel (Microsoft Office Suite) * Production process indicators * SAP, ISO, and HACCP
