Ensuring compliance with labor legislation **HR Payroll Analyst** **Job Type:** 100% On-site (CLT) **Location:** Rua Ouro Fino \- Cruzeiro, Belo Horizonte \- MG **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Accounting; postgraduate degree in People Management or Labor Law is desirable. **Requirements:** * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Totvs); * 5 to 10 years of experience in medium- to large-sized companies (preferably in services or retail sectors); * Hands-on experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding/offboarding; * Document analysis and electronic timekeeping verification; * Support in recruitment and selection; * Participation in HR process improvements and team training; * Ensuring compliance with labor legislation. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and optimize employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and proper documentation. * Implement and monitor payroll-related performance indicators to reduce errors and increase processing efficiency. * Manage, execute, and update the monthly payroll, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to legal deadlines, considering the specificities of Brazilian labor legislation. **Salary Range: R$4\.500,00 to R$6\.500,00** **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher: R$ 30.00 per workday; * Life Insurance. ***Objective****: "The HR Payroll Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing payroll, benefits, and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and promoting an efficient workplace at Rua Ouro Fino \- Cruzeiro, Belo Horizonte \- MG, Brazil.
