An opportunity to work at a leading company in hair treatments *Dr. Hair is an established national leader in non-surgical hair treatments, recognized for its integrity, advanced technology, and tangible results that transform self-esteem and confidence for countless people across the country.* *Currently expanding nationwide, Dr. Hair already operates over 20 units and continues structured growth through continuous investment in innovation, training, and service excellence.* *Becoming part of Dr. Hair means joining a stable company backed by resources, a proven methodology, and a clear purpose of transforming lives!* We seek a Prime Receptionist/Assistant with ambition for growth and development to enhance excellence in our customer service. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Greet clients, provide support, and guide them within the unit. * Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages, and respond to inquiries courteously. * Manage the unit’s appointment schedule for consultations and procedures. * Perform client registrations, updates, and maintain medical records/systems. * Support the commercial team in scheduling assessments and follow-ups. * Maintain organization of the reception area and treatment rooms. * Provide administrative support to the unit coordinator. Requirements: **Mandatory:** * Prior experience as a receptionist, unit assistant, or similar role. * In-person and telephone/WhatsApp customer service experience. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor, and empathy. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative routines. * Basic computer literacy and experience using systems/online scheduling tools. * Availability to work in-person from Monday to Saturday, with Saturday being a half-day shift. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in aesthetic clinics, healthcare, beauty, or wellness establishments. * Experience in consultative sales or supporting a commercial team. * Ability to effectively interact with high-expectation clientele (Prime standard). * Interest in building a career in the commercial field.
