




Job Summary: Responsible for customer support, algorithm management, and development of solutions for data optimization, as well as dashboard creation and remote support for field teams. Key Highlights: 1. Customer support and SLA compliance for service delivery. 2. Management of programming algorithms and script development. 3. Dashboard creation and remote support for field teams. * Full-time administrative schedule, Monday to Friday; * Provide customer support; * Ensure SLA compliance for service delivery; * Responsible for generating reports on resolved service requests; * Develop procedures and execution plans for support delivery; * Manage programming algorithms for Data Loggers/PLCs; * Develop scripts and solutions to optimize data processing; * Create dashboards in Power BI and SCADA software for information visualization and analysis; * Provide remote support to field teams; * Manage backups and code versioning; Managerial reporting of process indicators Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree with over 1 year of experience in customer/user support; * Proficiency in programming languages (PowerShell, Python, C, C\+\+, Java); * Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Residence in Belo Horizonte/MG or its metropolitan region; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Technical or higher education degree in Automation, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields;
