It is culture, routine, and daily accountability. **The Role’s Challenge** We are opening a strategic position for a Senior Commercial Manager (Head of Commercial)—the professional who will orchestrate day-to-day commercial operations. Internally, this role has a clear nickname: The Eagle. It refers to someone who sees the big picture without losing sight of the details. This person will ensure execution, pace, standards, and results across the entire commercial engine—directly overseeing SDRs, sales representatives, CRM, metrics, playbooks, and development of new growth channels. Important to clarify: * This is not just a salesperson role * It is not merely administrative management * It is not a strategist detached from operations It is commercial management in your blood, hands-on daily. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Monitor, hold accountable, and develop SDRs and sales representatives; * Ensure daily commercial routine (follow-ups, outreach, targets, discipline); * Analyze CRM, KPIs, and performance metrics; * Adjust and improve pre-sales and sales playbooks; * Guarantee execution standards across the entire commercial operation; * Conduct basic forecasting and pipeline tracking; * Identify bottlenecks and rapidly correct execution failures; * Build and monitor active prospecting strategies; * Map trade fairs, events, and venues aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for strategic presence and speaking engagements; * Identify podcasts and channels with qualified audiences to expand brand visibility and generate opportunities; * Develop business and strategic partnerships (BD), creating and managing programs; * **This role is for someone who** * Has an owner’s mindset toward the commercial operation; * Enjoys accountability, routine, metrics, and discipline; * Can lead without needing to "motivate one-on-one"; * Can speak confidently and equally with entrepreneurs, managers, and decision-makers; * Understands sales as a system—not as individual talent; * Has a steady pulse, clarity, and direct communication; * Can organize chaos and transform effort into results. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in commercial management, call centers, inside sales, or sales operations; * Experience leading SDRs and sales representatives; * Strong proficiency in CRM and interpretation of commercial metrics; * Experience in daily accountability and target tracking; * Ability to analyze and continuously improve playbooks; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Execution-oriented, analytical, and results-driven profile; * Full-time availability; * Must reside in Belo Horizonte – MG or Contagem – MG. **Additional Information** * Employment type: PJ or CLT (we assess the best fit); * Working hours: Monday to Friday; * Compensation: Monthly fixed salary + performance-based variable; * Annual bonus: Additional bonus possible based on company results; * Hybrid work model; * High-performance environment, free of office politics; * Real opportunity for growth, autonomy, and leadership.
