Want to be part of something truly big and learn a lot, in an environment based on ethics, commitment, appreciation, and respect for people? **Then \#ComeBeEconomart!** ### **What you will do on a daily basis?** * Process electronic time records for store employees; * Clarify employee and leadership questions regarding attendance, payroll, benefits, and other HR topics; * Receive and forward admission, termination, and other HR-related documents to the head office HR department; * Support the integration process of new employees at the store; * Control and archive physical documents related to the personnel department; * Serve as the local point of contact for HR matters, ensuring efficient communication between the store and the head office. ### **Because of this, we need you to have:** * Completed high school (preferably technical or higher education in Administration, HR, or related fields); * Previous experience with HR routines, preferably in wholesale and retail stores; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and electronic timekeeping systems; * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and ease in dealing with people; * Proactivity and responsibility to work in a dynamic environment. ### **It would be a plus if you have:** * Knowledge of timekeeping control systems; * Experience in the wholesale and retail sector; * Basic understanding of hiring and termination processes. ### **Working hours:** In-person work from Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
