Report and Dashboard Development: * Create periodic (qualitative and quantitative) reports for the Expansion and Sales departments. * Build dashboards and monitoring panels using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Monitor commission reports, sales status, and sales funnel metrics. Financial and Operational Data Management: * Manage invoices (NFs) and track department-related accounts. * Receive and register clients/franchisees, providing initial support and directing them to the responsible consultant. * Monitor franchisee investments and expansion processes. Process Support and Operationalization: * Receive, validate, and forward client information and documents to the responsible consultant. * Support the sending of contracts for digital signature. * Structure, unify, and standardize internal processes. * Support integration between the Expansion and Corporate departments. Periodic Report Generation: * Reports on customer service and process status. * Financial reports and reports on franchisee investments. * Weekly sales funnel reports, negotiation stage updates, and conversion metrics. 2512210202551931237
