Come be part of this community! **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** * Managing service provision and supply contracts in the mining sector; Monitoring contractual execution, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and commercial terms; Controlling measurements, invoicing, and financial flows related to contracts; Supporting contract mobilization and demobilization processes; Managing claims, amendments, and contractual rebalancing; Liaising with internal departments (engineering, planning, procurement, and finance); Monitoring contractual performance and key performance indicators (KPIs); Ensuring compliance with contractual clauses and internal policies; Supporting audits and governance controls; Preparing management reports and contractual analyses. **For This Position, We Expect You To Have:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or related fields; * Preferred knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
