We are seeking a professional to manage the Business Unit, implementing and executing area processes. The role is responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in customer service within the Food segment. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the process and completion of all services within the unit, ensuring excellence in customer service while fully complying with contractual requirements; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative results within the scope of responsibility to optimize business unit operations, including developing action plans, creating strategies, and innovating initiatives that improve unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for planning and annually developing the unit’s budget, ensuring it is achieved—and even exceeded—throughout the year; * Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task direction. Establish clear communication and promote technical, behavioral, and health-and-safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Operate in a facility with an average daily volume of 200 meals. Key Requirements: * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Proven experience in leadership, development, and management of multidisciplinary teams; * Personal vehicle (preferred).
