




Job Summary: Coordinate and perform electrical and hydraulic maintenance to ensure proper sector operation and process safety. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for safety and efficiency training **TEAM LEADER (ELECTRICAL/HYDRAULIC) \- COLOMBO/PR \- Santa Mônica Clube de Campo** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, assign, and monitor the execution of tasks by the electrical maintenance team, ensuring proper sector operation; * Provide technical oversight of electrical maintenance activities, safeguarding process efficiency and safety; * Train electricians for safe and effective work on medium-voltage networks (13\.800 volts); * Coordinate and perform services on low-voltage (127/220 volts) and medium-voltage (13\.800 volts) electrical networks, according to operational requirements; * Supervise and ensure appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the team, aligned with activity-related risks; * Monitor and perform electrical installations in new Club buildings, ensuring compliance with current technical standards; * Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on the Club's electrical installations, covering low- and medium-voltage systems; * Supervise replacement of medium-voltage (13\.800 volts) cable terminations on poles and semi-buried substations; * Monitor and supervise maintenance of the Club's 21 transformers—responsible for converting medium to low voltage—as well as associated infrastructure (poles, networks, and high-voltage equipment); * Monitor the Club's power generator and step-up substation (440 volts to 13\.800 volts), ensuring operation complies with technical and legal requirements; * Promptly respond to Management requests for corrective, preventive, or new electrical installations; Plan and prepare the team’s work schedule, considering days off, holidays, vacations, and compensatory time; * Issue reports on incidents, anomalies, or any other relevant sector situations, including technical and operational records; * Use computerized systems and specific software adopted by the Club for managing sector activities; * Provide technical and operational support during events, per the defined schedule. Requirements: Completed High School education; 2 years of experience in the field; Driver's License Category B; Training courses in NR 35 and NR 10; Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Day off on Mondays and alternating Sundays.
