Job Summary: The Procurement Assistant will support procurement management, including requesting quotations, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining vendor and product records, using ERP systems and spreadsheets. Supporting negotiations and inventory control ### **JOB OPENING: PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT \| \#500** **Work Location:** Rua Eurico Fonseca dos Santos, Xaxim, Curitiba/PR **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 18:00**, with a **1h30 lunch break** **Compensation:** Salary between **R$ 2\.000,00 and R$ 3\.000,00**, depending on experience level **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher / Food Allowance: **R$ 30.00 per working day** * Transportation Voucher * Life Insurance * Health Plan with co-payment (individual enrollment) ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support internal departments in identifying procurement needs * Request and organize **quotations from suppliers** * Compare prices, delivery times, and commercial terms * Issue and track **Purchase Orders** * Monitor delivery deadlines and confirm material receipt * Maintain up-to-date supplier and product records * Support inventory control and replenishment * Organize documents, contracts, invoices, and reports * Assist the Procurement Analyst or Buyer in negotiations * Use ERP systems and control spreadsheets (Excel) **Required Profile** ------------------- * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Agility and sense of priority * Proficiency with administrative systems and controls * Collaborative and responsible attitude Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Fields of Study:* Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * VR VA R$ 30.00 * VT * Life Insurance
