General Description The gas station attendant is responsible for direct customer service at the fuel station, including refueling vehicles, offering available products and services, and ensuring fast, safe, and courteous service. Main Responsibilities * Refuel vehicles with gasoline, ethanol, diesel, or CNG as requested by customers. * Operate fuel pumps safely. * Check and top up engine oil, radiator water, and windshield washer fluid (when requested). * Perform basic windshield cleaning and check tire pressure. * Accept cash, card, or other payment methods (where applicable). * Promote convenience store products or station services (e.g., oil changes, additives, etc.). * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Follow safety and accident prevention protocols. * Report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities in the station area to the supervisor. Requirements * Strong communication skills and courteous customer service attitude. * Agility and attention to safety procedures. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
