Opportunity to shape AI and DevEx culture We are looking for a Platform, AI \& Developer Experience Tech Lead to serve as the technical leader driving innovation and acceleration for the Platform Area. This person will be responsible for building tools, platforms, and solutions that multiply the productivity of all engineering teams across Grupo Primo, leveraging AI, intelligent automation, excellence in Developer Experience (DevEx), and security as strategic pillars. This is a hands\-on role with high architectural influence and strong organizational impact. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. DevEx Architecture and Reference Implement and evolve the Developer Experience platform (Backstage, Port, Humanitec, or similar). Build internal tools that accelerate development (CLIs, portals, automations). Define architectures for complex platform solutions. Establish consumable architectural standards for all teams. Lead strategic DevEx and innovation initiatives. 2\. AI as a Performance Accelerator Implement AI solutions to optimize engineering processes. Create custom assistants and copilots tailored to Grupo Primo’s context. Develop intelligent automations (code review, test generation, static analysis). Implement ML\-based recommendations (rightsizing, pipeline optimization). Integrate LLMs and AI tools into development workflows. Measure AI impact on productivity metrics (DORA, DevEx, savings). 3\. Enablement and Knowledge Multiplication Conduct tech talks and workshops on AI, architecture, and DevEx. Mentor DevOps and SRE engineers on advanced solutions. Document architectural standards and technical decisions (ADRs). Build proof\-of\-concepts and validate technical feasibility. Present results in monthly reviews and all\-hands meetings. Requirements: **Technical (Mandatory):** Software Architecture: distributed systems, microservices, and event\-driven design. DevEx Platforms: experience with Backstage, Port, Humanitec, or building developer portals. AI and LLMs: practical experience with SDD, Vibe Coding, N8N, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, prompt engineering, and RAG. Cloud: expertise in AWS (or GCP/Azure) — architecture, optimization, and best practices. Languages: proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript. APIs and Integrations: API design, webhooks, event streaming, and complex integrations. Observability: log, trace, metric, and dashboard architecture. **Technical (Preferred)** Generative AI: fine\-tuning, embeddings, vector databases, agents. AI Platforms: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, or building custom copilots. ML/MLOps: model deployment, monitoring, and retraining. Backstage with custom plugins. Advanced Terraform. Advanced Kubernetes (operators, CRDs, service mesh, GitOps).
