




Job Summary: A professional responsible for issuing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, tracking delivery deadlines, and supporting the sales and logistics departments, ensuring organization and traceability of procurement operations. Support to sales and logistics departments Your Daily Responsibilities: Issue and track purchase orders with suppliers. Monitor inventory levels to support product replenishment processes. Track delivery deadlines, ensuring alignment between suppliers and the logistics department. Update order information, costs, and deadlines in the company's management system. Assist in organizing procurement documents and records to ensure operational traceability. Support the sales department with product availability information and replenishment timelines. Assist in managing product and supplier master data in the system. Support product quotation processes and price comparisons across suppliers. Track and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, invoices, or deliveries in coordination with suppliers. Contribute to preparing simple procurement and inventory reports for departmental monitoring. Requirements: Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields. Prior experience in administrative, procurement, or supply chain functions. Experience in order management, inventory control, or supplier relationship management. Experience in distribution, retail, or technology companies is considered a plus.
