Optimization of cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery timelines **Recruitment Agency: LC Gestão de Pessoas** **Hiring Company: DOCES PRINCESA** **JUNIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST** Responsible for planning, negotiating, and acquiring raw materials, inputs, and finished products required for confectionery manufacturing and resale. Will conduct market research, supplier prospecting and management, and lead quotation and negotiation processes to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery timelines. Also responsible for managing customer returns and exchanges, coordinating with suppliers where applicable, ensuring procurement process efficiency and operational workflow continuity. **Responsibilities** * Conduct market research, obtain quotations, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms (price, delivery timeline, quality, and logistics); * Prospect new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing ones to expand the network of opportunities; * Manage purchase orders, monitor delivery deadlines, and ensure product availability to support production and sales departments; * Control and administer customer returns and exchanges, evaluating feasibility of compensation arrangements with suppliers; * Monitor inventory turnover and support commercial and logistics teams in maintaining supply-demand balance; * Periodically analyze procurement metrics (costs, delivery timelines, supplier performance); * Maintain up-to-date records and reports on quotations, negotiations, purchases made, and returns; * Support development of strategies for continuous improvement of procurement processes and supplier relationships; * Ensure procurement activities comply with internal company policies and legal requirements. **Requirements** * Completed high school education and/or currently pursuing a degree in related fields; * Must reside near the region; **Work Schedule and Compensation** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Transportation allowance + Health insurance + Basic food basket Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$2.500,00 - R$3.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
