Job Summary: Professional to supervise the accounting and finance department, manage cash flow, monitor budget execution, and develop improvement plans. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and implement work plans Supervise work performed by other employees in the company's accounting and finance department; Collect and analyze financial data related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and income statements; Manage the company's cash flow; Monitor the company's budget execution; Analyze and guide investment strategies and loan decisions; Analyze and approve accounting documents with external accounting services; Review monthly results and make necessary adjustments; Develop and implement work plans to improve operational efficiency; Compliance and auditing: Ensure all operations comply with procedures and regulations; Perform other administrative and financial duties as needed to ensure smooth operation of the company's finance department. Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; Proven experience in finance and controller roles; Experience in team management; Strong organizational skills; Planning and control capabilities; Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Proactivity and willingness to learn; Experience with ERP, BI, and bankline tools.
