If you enjoy understanding the "how" behind operations and strive for efficiency in everything you do, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze processes and assess whether existing tools meet the needs of internal and external customers * Understand the systems, portals, and applications used across Unimed Campina Grande facilities * Map processes in collaboration with involved departments * Develop action plans for identified process gaps * Document processes * Prepare documentation for developed projects to facilitate understanding among stakeholders * Train leaders on documentation used for process mapping * Train specific roles to serve external customers * Prepare necessary guidance materials to facilitate external customers' understanding * Prepare reports for the Board of Directors **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite and management tools) * Strong written communication skills * Confidence and experience in delivering training * Analytical and critical thinking abilities regarding processes * Prior knowledge of process mapping is desirable * Familiarity with reading process maps (BPMN notation) is desirable **Additional Information** * Full-time position (40 hours per week) * Competitive market-based salary * Unimed health insurance plan * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Dental care assistance * Pharmacy discount * Corporate University offering MEC-recognized courses * Academic incentive program * Health and wellness programs Unimed is a benchmark in medical cooperativism, present in 84% of Brazil, with over 114,000 physician cooperators and serving 18 million customers.
