**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:
A professional responsible for supporting the control, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment used on site. Ensures stock organization, team supply, and accurate recording of material inflows and outflows, contributing to operational continuity and waste reduction.
**DETAILED DESCRIPTION**:
* Receive materials delivered by suppliers, verifying quantities, specifications, and product conditions against invoices and purchase orders.
* Organize and store construction materials, tools, PPE, and equipment in appropriate locations, adhering to safety and preservation criteria.
* Perform physical and system-based inventory control, recording material receipts, issues, and transfers.
* Pick and distribute materials to site teams according to internal requests.
* Assist in conducting periodic inventories and stock reconciliations.
* Monitor minimum stock levels and report replenishment needs to the supervisor or procurement department.
* Identify and report damaged, expired, or discrepant materials.
* Maintain the warehouse clean, organized, and properly labeled.
* Support the control of tools and equipment loaned to employees.
* Comply with occupational safety regulations, PPE usage requirements, and company internal procedures.
* Assist in loading and unloading materials when required.
* Issue or complete inventory control forms, spreadsheets, and reports.
* Collaborate to prevent losses, waste, and material misplacement on site.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
* High school diploma (preferred).
* Courses in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control are advantageous.
* Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or civil construction is considered advantageous.
* Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools.
* Familiarity with inventory control and storage practices.
* Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, inventory systems, and report generation).
* Familiarity with invoices and goods inspection.
* Basic understanding of occupational safety and PPE usage.
