Job Summary: You will lead improvement projects to deliver practical and effective results, applying theoretical knowledge to solve sector-specific problems while ensuring good practices and quality. Contribute to continuous improvement projects **How you will contribute to this challenge:** You will be responsible for leading improvement projects, aiming to deliver practical and effective results for existing opportunities in the sector, integrating theoretical knowledge into problem-solving. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Support the assurance of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), acting as a multiplier within the workplace; * Perform microbiological analyses of products, raw materials, and environmental samples; * Execute activities related to the Quality Control Plan (QCP), monitoring production lines and non-conformance handling; * Assist in managing and updating performance indicators (daily, weekly, and monthly); * Support the procurement process and inventory control of laboratory consumables; * Collaborate in the receipt of raw materials and packaging, as well as in non-conformance handling; * Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to product and process quality. **Requirements to apply:** * Currently enrolled in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Availability to intern for 1 year; * Availability for 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. **What benefits you will receive:** * Internship stipend; * Corporate cafeteria; * ASA Product Kit; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Totalpass. **Selection process stages:** * Application; * Initial screening; * Interview with the Talent Acquisition and Selection team; * Technical and behavioral assessment; * Interview with leadership; * Job offer; Hiring. * **Additional information:** **Work location:** On-site at ASA Vitamilho Plant in Campina Grande/PB. **Employment model:** Internship. **Our story stems from the strength of our people** The ASA Group relies on over 1,900 dedicated employees who, since the company's founding in 1996, have produced category-leading brands that reach thousands of families.
