Zeno Autopeças is looking for an attentive and responsible professional to work as a Shipping Inspector in the logistics department. Key responsibilities include receiving, verifying, and organizing goods; checking product quantity and quality; identifying possible discrepancies between the order and the delivered items; and assisting in inventory control and order picking for shipment.
Organize the shipping department;
Verify orders against documents and invoices;
Scan parts for verification;
Transfer verified products to packaging for dispatch;
Perform order picking when required;
Package and sort routes when required;
Perform other tasks within the company as needed;
Assist in inventory counting and inventory control;
Perform other occasional tasks upon request;
Apply safety procedures and environmental preservation practices;
Maintain ethical conduct and professionalism when handling information;
Keep the workplace clean and organized;
Promote initiatives and share ideas to improve processes and the work environment.
