




Position Summary: Responsible for project administration, management of diverse teams, and ensuring quality and end-customer satisfaction in the telecommunications sector. Key Highlights: 1. Definition and monitoring of project standards and methodologies Responsibilities: * Project administration and Improvement Plans. * Organize diverse work teams * Responsible for integrating all project members. * Define, plan, and present projects. * Responsible for delivering assigned projects on time, within budget, within scope, and to the expected quality level. * Responsible for defining standards and methodologies for project execution, as well as monitoring their implementation. * Responsible for resource and schedule management. * Must document and support risk management throughout the project lifecycle. * Responsible for organizing all project procurements. * Responsible for establishing communication and ensuring proper project execution. * Responsible for ensuring end-customer satisfaction * Plan, coordinate, and prioritize team tasks, ensuring KPI control output and service delivery * Proactive activity tracking. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Business Administration * Experience managing large teams of over 50 people * Knowledge in: Customer Management, Conflict Resolution * Familiarity with standards and regulations governing telecommunications service provision. * Understanding of the telecommunications environment and business. * Proficiency in office software Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 On-site.
