Our Store Assistant Manager will serve as a strategic leader, responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring operational success by delivering an exceptional customer experience. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** Act as a lead salesperson, ensuring excellence in both in-store and digital customer service. Manage and develop the sales team. Monitor individual and collective performance. Uphold franchise standards and service excellence. Recruit, train, and motivate the team. Ensure store operational processes and standards. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Experience leading retail store teams (product sales). Experience working in shopping mall stores. Sales-, goal-, and results-oriented mindset. Strong persuasion skills and ability to identify customer needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Completed high school education. Courses or specializations in leadership and sales are considered advantageous.
