Job Summary:
Administrative intern responsible for managing traffic fines, insurance claims, driver logbooks, fuel vouchers, badge requests, and driver registration, as well as providing support to HR.

**We are seeking professionals to join our team to perform the following activities:**
* Monitor receipt of traffic fines and enter them into the system;
* Register third-party accidents in the system and initiate insurance claim procedures;
* Cross-check drivers' logbooks against GPS tracking data and issue notifications if discrepancies arise;
* Manage fuel voucher purchases for commercial consultants and managers;
* Request employee badge purchases;
* Register drivers with the insurance company;
* Provide support to the personnel and human resources department as needed.
**We seek professionals who have:**
* Relevant work experience
* Familiarity with administrative areas
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (in Human Resource Management or related fields)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Prior experience at a transportation company is considered an advantage

Contract Duration: 6 months
Compensation: R$1.100,00 per hour
