




Job Summary: The professional will make outbound and inbound calls, schedule vehicle appointments, register customers in systems, and conduct prospecting activities to achieve scheduling targets, contacting customers periodically. Make outbound and inbound telephone calls, schedule vehicle appointments, register customers in Apollo/Bravos systems, regularly monitor all web-based scheduling channels available to customers—including online scheduling, email, WhatsApp, etc. Effectively manage prospecting lists for active scheduling; daily pursuit of active scheduling goals; periodic contact with customers, including those outside their warranty period. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday hours differ. Must have easy access to the Estoril neighborhood in Belo Horizonte.
