Optimization of system performance and functionality The **Application Analyst** at Casa das Válvulas is responsible for providing technical support and specialized consulting for the application of our products, ensuring their effective implementation and alignment with customer requirements. This professional plays a critical role in the technical analysis of project requirements, problem resolution, and optimization of application solutions. * **Technical Requirements Analysis:** Evaluate and interpret customer needs and project requirements to identify the correct application of valves and fittings, ensuring proposed solutions meet technical and operational specifications. * **Development of Technical Solutions:** Create and recommend technical solutions for product applications, including selection of appropriate components and definition of technical parameters to optimize system performance and functionality. * **Preparation and Review of Documentation:** Prepare and review detailed technical documentation, such as product specifications, analysis reports, and technical recommendations, ensuring clarity and accuracy for internal teams and customers. * **Technical Support and Consulting:** Provide specialized technical support to customers and internal teams, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering consulting on proper product application and operation. * **Coordination with Other Departments:** Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Procurement to ensure application solutions align with product capabilities and customer expectations, facilitating cross-departmental communication. * **Training and Capacity Building:** Conduct technical training for customers and team members on product installation, maintenance, and best practices, as well as updates on new products and technologies. * **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor and analyze field performance of products, collecting data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary adjustments to optimize application solutions. * **Application Project Management:** Assist in coordinating and executing projects related to valve and fitting applications, ensuring solutions are implemented according to schedule and within established quality standards. * **Participation in Meetings and Presentations:** Attend meetings with customers and internal teams to discuss technical requirements, present solutions, and provide project progress updates. * **Trend and Innovation Analysis:** Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product innovations, applying this knowledge to enhance application solutions and deliver informed recommendations.
