Action to mitigate impacts and deviations We are looking for a **Logistics Analyst** to perform operational and analytical delivery monitoring, ensuring agility, efficiency, and accurate communication among drivers, shippers, and end customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control deliveries in real time, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards; * Analyze incidents, identify deviations, and act to mitigate their impacts; * Support continuous process improvement, contributing to increased operational efficiency and customer satisfaction; * Update and analyze performance spreadsheets and KPIs, identifying opportunities to optimize logistics processes. **Requirements:** * Availability to work under the **PJ (Service Provider)** model; * Proven experience in transportation, with a focus on delivery monitoring; * Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills; * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree.
