FLEET ANALYST Location: Cinco, Contagem/MG Salary: R$3.500,00 Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher (R$ 28.00/day) * Transportation voucher * Gympass * SESC agreement * Transportation voucher * Fuel allowance R$ 350.00 Working hours: * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Main responsibilities: * Manage vehicles, trucks, machinery, and mobile equipment, tracking mileage, hour meter readings, and fuel consumption. * Monitor service orders, preventive and corrective maintenance. * Update registrations and monitor documentation, insurance policies, contracts, and expiration dates. * Monitor checklists, identify non-conformities, and forward them for maintenance. * Track tires, traffic fines, accidents, damages, and vehicle status. * Analyze costs, tracking reports, telematics data, and operational performance. * Control vehicles under maintenance, at workshops, or out of service. * Support verification of invoices, quotations, and supplier SLAs. * Generate fleet management reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets. * Maintain communication with drivers, workshops, suppliers, and management. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields (in progress or completed). * Proven experience in fleet management.
