Responsibilities: * Perform tire maintenance, repair, and replacement services on trucks, buses, and other company vehicles; * Conduct tire balancing and alignment to ensure vehicle safety and performance; * Replace inner tubes and other components of the tire system as required; * Inspect and identify potential tire issues, such as cuts, irregular wear, and incorrect inflation pressure; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to established safety and hygiene standards; * Participate in training sessions and capacity-building courses to stay updated on industry best practices. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Tire Technician, preferably within the transportation sector; * Knowledge of tire maintenance and repair techniques, as well as proper use of tools and equipment; * Proficiency in handling various tire types, from light-duty to heavy-duty vehicles; * Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing service demands according to urgency; * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions; * Basic knowledge of suspension and braking systems will be considered an advantage; * Availability for full-time work and occasional weekend shifts, if required.
