Then join the Ei, beleza? team and help\-us revolutionize the beauty, health, and care sectors! **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure the quality and reliability of the company’s accounting and financial information, supporting decision-making through analysis, budget monitoring, and generation of management reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Develop, monitor, and analyze the company’s budget, evaluating variances between actual and planned results (budget vs. actual). * Monitor financial KPIs and support the creation of management reports and dashboards for executive leadership, tracking KPIs such as EBITDA, net margin, and other performance indicators. * Conduct financial analyses to support decisions related to cost optimization, operational efficiency, resource allocation, and project feasibility. * Support monthly accounting closing routines, ensuring accurate classification and recording of information. * Perform accounting and financial reconciliations, ensuring data consistency and integrity. * Support preparation of financial statements and performance reports. * Contribute to improving and standardizing the department’s accounting and financial processes. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and applicable accounting and tax regulations. * Support internal and external audits by organizing required information and documentation. * Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the organization and reliability of the company’s financial information. **What We Need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in Controller, Finance, or Audit functions. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with ERP systems (TOTVS, Sankhya, or similar preferred). * Knowledge of accounting, cost management, budgeting, and financial processes. * Familiarity with financial KPI management and strategic planning is desirable. * Certifications or specialized courses in Controller functions are a plus. **Additional Information** Benefits?
