Development of cost indicators and process improvement **Job Responsibilities** * Contribute to company cost optimization by performing cost calculation, control, and analysis. * Ensure data accuracy and reliability of financial information. * Provide continuous management support for strategic decision-making. **Academic Requirements and Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization (MBA or professional certification). * Minimum 2 years of experience in cost management. **Technical Knowledge** * Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI. * Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. * Financial analysis. **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity, organization, sense of urgency, and teamwork. **Detailed Activities** **Cost Calculation** * Calculate production cost per unit. * Analyze direct and indirect costs. * Review cost allocations. * Maintain an updated database. * Prepare cost reports. * Compare actual versus budgeted costs and justify variances. **Inventory Control** * Monitor inventory value. * Conduct periodic audits. * Assess depreciation and obsolescence. * Collaborate with procurement to optimize inventory. * Prepare valuation reports. * Track movements and adjustments. **Financial Performance** * Develop cost indicators. * Perform contribution margin analysis. * Propose cost reduction improvements. * Prepare financial reports. * Evaluate financial impact of production changes. * Provide analytical support for pricing decisions. **Budget Planning** * Assist in annual budgeting. * Consolidate data for financial projections. * Update cost assumptions. * Monitor budget execution. * Participate in meetings and adjustments. **Cost Reconciliation** * Perform monthly reconciliations with accounting. * Investigate discrepancies. * Coordinate monthly closing. * Verify accuracy of ERP records. * Propose process improvements. **Management Support** * Prepare detailed reports. * Support special controller projects. * Monitor implementation of improvements. * Collaborate in preparing presentations. **Salary** * Salary negotiable.
