Recruitment and Selection Analyst We are seeking a Recruiter to handle the full recruitment and selection (R\&S) cycle, with focus on strategic and automotive positions. The professional will be responsible for identifying and attracting talents aligned with client needs, ensuring accuracy and agility in the process. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct client diagnostics, evaluating organizational culture and job descriptions to ensure candidate suitability; Manage the entire recruitment cycle—from profile alignment through onboarding—including job posting, screening, interviews, offers, and feedback; Implement and refine selection practices to enhance hiring efficiency and accuracy; Monitor and analyze R\&S metrics, proposing continuous improvements; Develop innovative and creative talent attraction strategies; Support hired candidates during their probation period, ensuring smooth integration and adaptation. **Requirements:** Experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably with focus on technical positions; Knowledge of R\&S methodologies and tools for technical and strategic profiles; Organized profile, with strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks; Open-minded and flexible mindset to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and diverse environment; Advanced English (must conduct interviews in English) **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in the automotive sector and Spanish language proficiency; If you are passionate about recruitment and wish to work in an innovative environment, please submit your resume!
